United Civil Servants SACCO is inviting applications from qualified and committed members to serve on its 2027 Board of Directors and Supervisory Committee. These are voluntary leadership positions that offer an opportunity to contribute to the strategic governance, growth, and sustainability of the SACCO while serving fellow members.
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must:
Be a registered member of United Civil Servants SACCO.
Have been a SACCO member for at least 24 months (2 years).
Have a good understanding of SACCO business philosophy.
Be in good financial standing with the SACCO and not be in default of any obligations (e.g., loans or share contributions).
Have no criminal or conviction record.
Possess at least the Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE). A diploma or degree will be an added advantage.
Be willing to undergo screening and vetting by the Reserve Bank of Malawi (RBM) to determine fitness to serve as a Director.
