Work is refundable in full if you cancel before we start, or if we cannot deliver what was agreed. A website deposit covers the work done once the first design has been shared, and finished work you have accepted is not refunded. Send a refund request with your payment reference from the MLH Services refund form.
Boosts, Shop Pro and verified badges deliver value immediately, your listing or shop starts reaching more people the moment the payment succeeds. For that reason, these services are non-refundable once they have started, including any unused days if you stop early.
If you were charged twice for the same thing, or money left your account but the service never activated, that is our problem to fix, contact us and we will verify it and refund the duplicate or failed charge. Our records show every transaction, so these are quick to sort out.
The 3-day Shop Pro trial is completely free and never charges you. When it ends your shop simply returns to the free plan, there is no automatic deduction and nothing to refund. You only ever pay when you choose to buy a Pro plan or a boost.
Payments are handled securely by our payment partner. You can pay with Airtel Money, TNM Mpamba or a Visa/Mastercard card. Malawi Living Hub never sees or stores your card or mobile-money PIN.
